UU Forward Together is offering three, one-day, regional social justice workshops for UUs (and others) on Saturday, March 23 at the Eno River UU Fellowship in Durham, April 6 at the UU Congregation of New Bern, and June 1 at the UU Fellowship of Hendersonville.
These workshops (Becoming a Justice-Making Congregation: Creating, Growing, & Nurturing Social Justice Minstry in UU Congregations) will give UU social justice leaders and activists the framework, tools, and skills they need to help their congregations do their social justice work more visibly, more relationally, more spiritually, more strategically, and more effectively.
Please share this information with other UU social justice leaders and activists in your congregation and encourage them to register and attend.
And we’d also love for you to share this information with social justice leaders and activists in other faith communities that are involved in social justice work in your area and invite them to attend as well.
There’s no cost for these workshops but we’ll gladly accept a suggested donation of $15 per person to offset the cost of breakfast and lunch.
