It’s not clear that President Trump’s recent Executive Order will actually put an end to his administration’s “zero tolerance” immigration policy that has resulted in the separation of thousands of migrant parents and children. Nor is it clear that Congress will act to fix the problem that the President’s policy created.
This Saturday, June 30, there will be a protest in Washington, DC against the President’s immigration policies. And there will also be protests for immigrant justice in over 650 locations across the United States including Chapel Hill, Pittsboro, Greensboro, and Raleigh.
The protest in Raleigh is at City Plaza at 10:00 am.
