Poor Peoples Campaign: NC Events April 2018

April 2018 Events in North Carolina

This year the Poor People’s Campaign: A National Call for Moral Revival is taking up the unfinished work of the 1968 Poor People’s Campaign to build a movement led by the poor and dispossessed to end systemic racism, poverty, the war economy and ecological devastation. We will launch this spring with 40 days of massive, coordinated, nonviolent moral fusion direct action in state capitals across the country and Washington D.C.

More than 1,800 North Carolinans have already pledged to be part of this campaign – and we’re just getting started.  We have lots of local events coming soon and would love for you to join us as we get prepared for a season of Nonviolent Moral Fusion Direct Action!
